Newton County Pun'kin Vine Fair

Held in Kentland at the Newton County Fairgrounds, the Pun'kin Vine Fair has been running since 1920 and is now in its 107th edition. Known as "the biggest little fair in Indiana," it draws 4-H livestock and youth competitions, carnival rides, demolition derby, truck and tractor pull, food vendors, and live entertainment. The fair celebrates the county's agricultural heritage—the name itself nods to the region's pumpkin farming roots. Solid foot traffic and a mix that goes well beyond just food vendors.
