About

The oldest and largest continuing food festival in New York City, held each May on 9th Avenue (42nd–57th Streets) in Manhattan. The Ninth Avenue Association curates a mix of food vendors, merchandise vendors, and craft participants from the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood and beyond. Drawing established foot traffic and shoppers looking for international cuisine—Greek, Mexican, Brazilian, Italian, Indian, Mediterranean, and more. Food vendors need Food Protection/Safe Serve License, Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit, and (if propane-cooking) NYC Fire Department Certificate of Fitness. Merchandise vendors need NYC Street Fair Vending Permit. All vendors must have NY State Tax ID. Applications accepted rolling until full; rolling notification.
