Northwest Folklife Festival

About

Northwest Folklife has run at Seattle Center over Memorial Day weekend since 1972. It's a free, donation-supported festival celebrating traditional and cultural arts from Northwest communities. Programming spans hip hop, Irish clogging, Middle Eastern dance, bluegrass, West African drumming, and much more, plus a Cultural Focus program spotlighting one Pacific Northwest community each year. This is one of the highest-traffic vendor opportunities in the state. The cultural-arts framing shapes fit — traditional craft, folk arts, and culturally rooted work align with the festival's mission.
