NYC Multicultural Festival (Harlem)
Manhattan, New York
About
In Harlem, the 17th annual NYC Multicultural Festival runs across two Saturdays in June—opening at Jackie Robinson Park Bandshell and closing on St. Nicholas Avenue between 141st & 145th Streets. Two stages feature continuous live music and dance performances spanning Broadway, Irish Jig, and Afrobeats. Food vendors, retail vendors (artisan crafts), and activity specialists all welcome. Vendor eligibility requires offerings aligned with the festival's cultural and educational mission—traditional cuisine, artisan crafts, cultural apparel, educational materials. NYC Parks requires liability insurance and workers' comp documentation (or CE-200 exemption). Food vendors must obtain a DOHMH Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit. Setup begins 9 a.m. or once NYPD access permits. No refunds after registration; early bird pricing available with free table, tent, and chair (first-come, first-served).
