Ocilla Sweet Potato Festival

About

Running since 1960, the Ocilla Sweet Potato Festival is held each last Saturday in October and draws hundreds of visitors from across Georgia. The festival features arts and craft vendors selling handmade artwork, jewelry, and decorative items alongside food vendors, antique farm equipment, and classic cars. A themed parade kicks off the day on Highway 129 at 11 a.m. Vendors must supply their own tables and tents; electricity is available for a fee.
