Oglebayfest

About

Oglebayfest is the largest arts festival in the greater Wheeling area, held each October at scenic Oglebay Resort behind the historic Oglebay Institute Mansion Museum. The Phil Maxwell Artists' Market attracts juried artists from throughout the tri-state region and beyond — original concept, design, and execution required; no manufacturers. The Gourmet Market seeks specialty food producers (applicant must be owner or principal producer). Perks include overnight security, booth-side loading, booth sitters, and no commission on sales. Up & Coming Artist Program offers free booth space for exhibitors with little to no festival experience. High jurying standards ensure quality across both markets.
