Open year-round on Thursday afternoons, the market emphasizes local-only sourcing—produce harvested the day before, grass-fed beef, pasture-raised poultry, local dairy and cheese, free-range eggs, and an extensive lineup of baked goods from multiple local bakers. A free weekly eNewsletter lists which vendors will attend and their offerings each week. Currently not accepting new vendor applications except for goat milk producers.
