Held in Alamogordo, Otero County Fair & Rodeo is the largest attended event in Otero County annually — a 21-acre facility hosting the 77th annual rodeo alongside a carnival, pageant, live music performances, and indoor exhibits (agricultural mechanics, home arts, fine arts, farm products, hand spinning & weaving, and a fall flower show). Gate admission is free. Open rodeo format welcomes competitors from across the West.
