About

Running for over 40 years, the Oyster Fest is the region's largest waterfront festival held each October in Oyster Bay's Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park. Attracts more than 150,000 visitors each year from across the tristate area—strong crowds for food, crafts, and merchandise. Features oyster shucking and eating contests, arts & crafts pavilion, amusement rides, beer garden, and live entertainment. Festival is a partnership between Town of Oyster Bay and the Chamber of Commerce; proceeds from food vendors support local charities through a grant program.
