Parke County 4-H Fair

About

Held in Rockville each July, Parke County 4-H Fair seeks vendors and exhibitors for its Commercial Building indoor space. No booth fee — instead, you'll showcase your industry through finished products, visual aids, process displays, or live visitor interaction. Vendors must commit to the full four-day run and stay present during evening hours (5:30–8:00 p.m.). You'll need liability insurance naming Partnership Parke County, the Fair Board, and County Commissioners. Provide your own tables and chairs; all display fabric must be flame-retardant. The Fair Board provides reasonable security but assumes no liability for theft or damage.
