Pennsylvania Maple Festival

About

Held each April in Meyersdale (known as "Maple City, USA"), the 79th annual Pennsylvania Maple Festival showcases craft vendors and artisans alongside food concessions, all set against demonstrations of maple syrup production—tree tapping, boiling, and sugar work. Established in 1948 and organized by community volunteers, the festival draws visitors to witness the full maple-sugaring ritual and shop local makers in Festival Park and along Main Street. Expect parades, quilt shows, antique and tractor displays, horse pulls, and live entertainment alongside the Lions Club's famous pancake and sausage breakfasts.
