Perry Dogwood Festival

About

Held in historic downtown Perry each April, the Perry Dogwood Festival has run for 37 years. The Perry Area Chamber of Commerce is restoring the festival's arts-and-crafts focus, promising a more authentic local experience. About one-third of vendors are artisans selected with input from the Perry Arts Council. The two-day festival includes over 150 vendors in various art, apparel, food, and specialty items. The Chamber ensured it did not duplicate what downtown shops already offer, with a goal to support small businesses, welcome visiting vendors, and drive foot traffic into local stores.
