Peterstown Cultural Festival

In Elizabeth's Peterstown neighborhood, the 19th annual Peterstown Cultural Festival celebrates Italian-American heritage with food vendors (zeppoles, sausage and peppers, brick oven pizza, Asian barbecue, fresh produce), Italian pride merchandise, carnival games and rides, and live music. The festival draws from the neighborhood's deep roots in Italy's Avellino Province and connects to the Vallatesi cultural tradition honoring Saint Vito.
