PirateFest

About

Held each April in Downtown Greenville on the banks of the Tar River, PirateFest draws an estimated 30,000 attendees and 150+ vendors for a pirate-themed festival featuring live music, fine arts, food, pirate encampments with sword fighting and cannon demonstrations, a parade, and kayak rides. The 19th edition named NC Association of Festivals & Events Event of the Year. Accepts food vendors, artists/retail vendors, and nonprofits.
