About

Held in April at ACE Adventure Resort in Oak Hill, Ramp It Up Festival is an all-you-can-eat celebration of wild ramps — Appalachia's iconic spring ingredient. The buffet spans ramp-forward dishes like Wood-Fired Ramp & Potato Pizza, Creamy Ramp Chowder, and Ramp Meatloaf, plus live bluegrass and roots music from The Hillbilly Biscuits and Andrew Adkins. Now in its seventh year.
