River City Festival of the Arts

About

Held in Rowlesburg at the Historic Rowlesburg School Szilagyi Center, the River City Festival of the Arts is an annual Memorial Day weekend celebration of live music, theater, and visual art. The event features performances ranging from jazz and opera to the 249th West Virginia Army Band, alongside art, ceramics, quilting, and photography exhibits, plus interpretive history portrayals and an evening dance.
