Sheridan, Wyoming

About

Held each July in Sheridan, the Sheridan County Fair is an 11-day livestock and agricultural showcase centered on 4-H and FFA members' projects and animals. Daily shows feature dairy cattle, horses, swine, sheep, goats, rabbits, poultry, and more—culminating in a Youth Livestock Sale. Open Class exhibits accept entries in crafts, baking, canning, art, photography, and technology. Electric hookups available ($100 for the fair); must reserve in advance. Strict fairground rules: no dogs except show dogs, designated parking only, zero tolerance for abusive behavior.
