Smorgasburg is a curated open-air food-vendor market with three locations across New York City: World Trade Center (Fridays), Williamsburg (Saturdays), and Prospect Park (Sundays). The vendor roster spans 80+ established food businesses—everything from bao and barbecue to empanadas, dumplings, and lobster rolls. Each location runs 11am–6pm and draws a steady crowd of serious eaters. Vendor applications are open for the 2026 season.
