St. Thomas Carnival Food Fair and Carnival Village

About

The territory's marquee carnival, run by the VI Department of Tourism's Division of Festivals. The Food Fair at Emancipation Garden offers traditional Virgin Islands cuisine and handmade arts and crafts from local vendors; the Carnival Village at Fort Christian Lot runs nightly food stalls and craft vendors across six themed concert nights. The Division handles booth applications and maintains a waiting list for Village slots.
