Swansboro Mullet Festival

About

Held each October in downtown Swansboro, the 72nd Annual Swansboro Mullet Festival draws 160+ craft and food vendors lining the streets alongside the famous Mullet Fish Fry, live music at the Downtown Pavilion, a Mullet Parade, and family activities. Downtown streets close to traffic during the festival weekend. Very few vendor spaces available for 2026; applications are being processed on a waitlist basis by category and order of receipt.
