Taste of Buffalo is a food festival in Buffalo featuring restaurants and food trucks. Food trucks must be NYS Health Department–registered, operate year-round in Western New York, and comply with menu guidelines — food only, no beverages, with items priced in food tickets (2–10 per item). The festival retains 18% of sales after tax. A referral program offers $100 off your entry fee for recruiting a new food truck, plus $100 bonus per accepted restaurant recruit.
