Tennessee Mountain Laurel Festival

Tennessee's only Mountain Laurel Festival, held in Wartburg each May at the historic courthouse square, brings together music, food, crafts, antique cars, guided hikes, and tours of Wartburg's historic structures. The festival features craft and food vendors, live plant sales and live performances from local and professional bands throughout the day. It's free — a majority of vendors are local, supporting the community. Situated on the Cumberland Plateau, the festival draws shoppers eager to celebrate spring and support local artisans in a community-focused event with established foot traffic.
