The Augusta Market at the River is a weekly Saturday farmers market running year-round from mid-March through mid-November in Augusta. The market draws farmers, artisans, packaged-food vendors, and food vendors to a riverfront plaza setting. Year-round means 36 consecutive Saturdays, rain or shine—no cancellations except in extremely rare circumstances. You'll need an Augusta business license if attending more than 3 times annually, and all products require one-time annual approval by the market committee before your first appearance. Quiet generators are permitted with director approval; electricity is not currently available. All vendors must collect sales tax and remove their own waste—trash cans are for patrons only.
