The Market EP at Third Thursdays

Established in 2011, The Market EP operates year-round in downtown El Paso around San Jacinto Plaza, offering original arts and crafts, locally grown agricultural products, and live entertainment from local artists. Regular season runs select Saturdays; summer Third Thursday evening events are part of the Downtown Arts District's programming. Fall festivals—Chalk the Block, Día de los Muertos, WinterFest—rotate vendors through multiple downtown locations. All vendors must be local makers or growers (Texas tax ID required; New Mexico residents need Texas sales tax permit). Craft items must be handmade by the seller or household members. Food vendors operate under Texas Cottage Food Laws. Mandatory orientation for all new vendors.
