The Procrastinator's Fair runs Friday, December 18 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM and Saturday, December 19 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Christian Community Church, 3838 Bartlett Street in Homer, across from the Pratt Museum. Over 50 local vendors and artisans sell to last-minute holiday shoppers, alongside free kids' crafting and cookie decorating, visits from Santa, holiday music, hot soup, and free drawings for vendor-donated gifts and a decorated tree. The late-December timing is the point — shoppers arrive ready to buy rather than browse, which favors gift-ready inventory and easy checkout.
