The 49th annual Trigg County Country Ham Festival, held in Cadiz each October, is a marquee fall event drawing shoppers for the namesake country ham and regional food vendors alongside crafts and artisans. Two-phase application process: submit to the City of Cadiz first (tell them who you are, what you sell, and what sets you apart), then wait for an invitation to proceed with payment. Vendors with something distinct from the existing mix have the strongest shot. Pay vendor fees directly to the City of Cadiz via check, money order, or credit card—never through PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or other apps; scammers have been actively targeting this event.
