Turtle Days Festival

About

Held each June in Churubusco at Churubusco Community Park, Turtle Days is Indiana's oldest continuously running festival. The festival celebrates the local legend of the 'Beast of Busco,' a mythical giant turtle said to inhabit nearby Fulk Lake. Four-day event with turtle races, a 5K run, a parade, and live music. Both food vendors and craft vendors accepted; separate application requirements apply.
