Urban Arts Festival

About

Urban Arts Festival is Utah's largest free art festival, held in August at Smith's Ballpark in Salt Lake City. The day-long event features live music across multiple genres, live mural painting by a dozen local muralists, an artist marketplace, skateboard art show, lowrider exhibit, and performances ranging from rap to blues to drag and spoken word. Food vendors, artists, and performers all apply separately — the festival actively seeks a diverse vendor mix to support its community-centered programming. Note the AI policy: artwork wholly or partially generated by AI is not accepted.
