Held each July at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in downtown Portland, the 39th annual Waterfront Blues Festival spans three days across three stages with 50+ acts — blues, soul, cumbia, punk, and genre-bending performers tracing connections back to the source and building something new. River views, city skyline, fireworks. Food vendors coordinate through Fooji, so check dietary filters before you arrive. An established crowd and strong foot traffic for the right vendor mix.
