Held at scenic Seneca Harbor Park in downtown Watkins Glen, the Waterfront Festival and Cardboard Boat Regatta celebrates its 33rd year in 2026. The signature summer event anchors around the famous Cardboard Boat Regatta — vessels made entirely of cardboard race across Seneca Lake while food, craft, and nonprofit vendors line the harbor parking lots and grass. Live music follows the afternoon races. New in 2026: a sensory tent and expanded accessible parking.
