About
Held in Old Town Silverdale near Silverdale Waterfront Park, Whaling Days is a free three-day summer festival running since 1974. The last weekend in July brings locals and visitors together for a classic hometown parade, live music on the waterfront, food vendors, street booths, a 21+ beer and wine garden, kids activities, and a demolition derby. Volunteer-run and organized as a nonprofit, the festival gives back through local charitable donations and scholarships for Central Kitsap students.
