Windber Miners' Memorial Day Festival

About

In its 24th year, Windber Miners' Memorial Day Festival honors the coal miners who worked and died in the region's mines. Held each June in Windber, the four-day street festival draws visitors from across southwestern Pennsylvania and beyond for car/motorcycle/truck shows, live entertainment, nightly street dances, fireworks, children's activities, a parade, and a broad vendor mix of crafts and food. The event celebrates coal heritage and family values with clean, accessible programming.
