Held in Chandler in mid-March, the 36th annual Chandler Chamber Ostrich Festival celebrates the city's quirky early history of ostrich ranching. Expect a vendor marketplace with food and craft vendors, live music, rides, and festival programming rooted in that colorful heritage.

Showcasing local artists of various mediums, this free community event gives a platform to established artists as well as up and coming students to present and sell their craft. Expect painting, photography, glass art, pottery, woodworking, jewelry, metal work, mixed media and sculptures. Downtown Chandler Summer Market runs Saturday mornings from June through September at Dr. A.J. Chandler Park West, featuring dozens of local farmers, gourmet food vendors, and artisans. Downtown Chandler Fine Art & Wine Festival is in its 5th annual edition each February in Downtown Chandler. The festival features juried artists specializing in oil paintings, life-size bronzes, luminous glass sculptures, pottery, metal creations, one-of-a-kind jewelry, photography, and mixed-media sculptures, with live music and first-class wine tastings from Germany, France, Italy, Chile, Australia, and Arizona. Third Thursday is a monthly celebration of creativity, culture and community in the heart of Downtown Chandler held from October through May, featuring shopping opportunities from local artists, handmade crafts for guests of all ages, live musical performances, interactive exhibits, and pop-up experiences.
