Fremont's historic Niles district bookends the season on Niles Boulevard, with the Wildflower, Art & Garden Show in April and an antique faire and flea market in late August, and the Fremont Festival of the Arts fills downtown each August. Over 300 artist spaces are booked through California Artists (Terry Allie, 650-348-7699); only handmade art is accepted and mass-produced or imported work is excluded. Separate Business Marketplace, Food Booth, Gourmet Marketplace, and Food Truck tracks recruit independently. The operator publishes no booth fee on its vendor page.

Antique62nd annual street market along Niles Boulevard drawing roughly 200 vendors selling antiques, collectibles, art, crafts, jewelry, and home and garden decor. Space only: vendors bring their own tent, tables, and chairs for a 10x10 booth. Early-bird rate of $125 applies before May 1; $150 after. Food sales require Alameda County health permit approval. Hosted by the Niles Main Street Association.

ArtisanAnnual spring street marketplace along Niles Boulevard in Fremont's historic Niles district, featuring artists, plant and garden vendors, and handmade goods alongside a ticketed neighborhood garden tour. Vendors receive curbside sidewalk space for a table up to 8 feet; tables are the vendor's responsibility and no tents, awnings, or umbrellas are permitted. Hosted by the Niles Main Street Association.
