The festival draws approximately 10,000 guests across local food trucks, vendor villages, and boutique merchandise vendors, plus yoga, flow arts, sound healing, and fire performances. The Whole Earth Village features holistic wellness, workshops, and artisan vendors. Merch vendors occupy 10x10 booth space; food vendor slots are typically sold out and food vendors must stay open until 10pm. Vendors need Long Beach special event permits, board of health permits, seller's permits, and current insurance.
