Wilmington Flower Market

The Wilmington Flower Market is a three-day festival over Mother's Day weekend at Rockford Park in Wilmington, Delaware, now in its 104th year. Founded in 1921 by Mrs. A. Felix duPont and held at Rockford Park since 1952, it's run entirely by volunteers and has raised more than $6 million in grants for Delaware children's charities covering health, education, youth sports, and community support. Dozens of local retail and craft vendors sell handmade goods, food, and refreshments alongside a large selection of fresh flowers, garden plants, and gardening supplies. Carnival rides, games, live music stages, and a beer and wine garden run through the weekend.
