FarmersHeld in downtown Pensacola's Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza, Palafox Market operates every Saturday and was named Florida's Best Farmers Market by Southern Living magazine. Items originate directly from talented onsite vendors who grow, make, or create each item for sale. The market features farm-fresh produce, plants, flowers, baked goods, hand-crafted works of art, sculpture, fresh tea and coffee, delicious food and spices, hand-blown glass, ceramics and much more. Vendors include dozens of local farmers, home gardeners and area artists throughout Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Baldwin counties. WiFi, electrical outlets, water, and an easy, central location create a comfortable atmosphere for vendors and patrons. The market has expanded to Plaza Ferdinand.
Pensacola Downtown Holiday Market
HolidayPalafox Market's Holiday Edition transforms downtown Pensacola's historic Palafox Street into an evening market under white holiday lights on Wednesday evenings from November through mid-December. Live music, Santa visits, a gift wrap station, and local vendors create a festive shopping atmosphere. The traditional Saturday Palafox Market (9amโ2pm at MLK Jr. Plaza and Plaza Ferdinand) continues year-round.
