Stephens Lake Park hosts Columbia's big weekends — the juried Art in the Park in early June and Roots N Blues in late September — and Nifong Park's juried Heritage Festival and Craft Show comes in mid-September. Vendor spaces are pre-selected and payment secures your location. Food vendors must pass Health Department inspection on-site. All food vendors need a certificate of insurance ($2M, naming the fair as additional insured) and a temporary City of Columbia business license. Note: carnival operates an exclusivity agreement—cotton candy, fresh squeezed lemonade, funnel cakes, and corn dogs cannot be sold by outside vendors.

Non-farmer vendors (prepared food, baked goods, artisans) are capped at 20% of membership and must source primary ingredients locally, preferably from other CFM vendors.
