Running its 26th season, the Evening Farmers Market is a non-profit group of area farmers, bakers, and crafters in Pecan Park, Downtown Statesville. Runs every Thursday April through October. A steady weeknight crowd of after-work shoppers and locals keeps foot traffic consistent across the season.

Organized by the NC Extension Master Gardener Volunteers of Iredell County, held at the Iredell Cooperative Extension Center in Statesville, NC. 50+ vendors offer plants, garden equipment, accessories, lawn and garden supplies, yard art, food, and crafts. The event is free and open to the public. Includes educational sessions, activities for children, and food for sale; Master Gardener volunteers answer garden questions. Held annually; proceeds support gardening education for the community.

The Evening Farmers Market, founded in 1999, is held Thursdays April through October at Pecan Park in downtown Statesville. A non-profit of area farmers, bakers, and crafters selling locally grown produce, baked goods, and handmade goods—direct from the maker means dollars stay in the community. Established customer base, after-work foot traffic, and strong vendor mix. Seasonal fee: $100 for April–October.

Held in downtown Statesville on the first Saturday of November, Statesville Pumpkin Fest is a regional arts & crafts festival that draws 10,000–15,000+ festival goers each year and includes over 200 arts & craft, food, and business vendors. Features live music, artisan vendors, delicious food, and kids' activities throughout the historic downtown district.
