HolidayHeld in Elko each December at the Convention Center, the Elko Christmas Bazaar is the Elko Senior Center's largest fundraiser and strictly requires all items to be handmade or crafted by vendors. Draws makers and vendors from Nevada, Idaho, California, Oregon, and Utah. Expect handmade Christmas wreaths, pottery, jewelry, knitted items, paintings, food and numerous other crafts.

Elko Downtown Farmers Market (ElkoGrown)
FarmersElko Farmers Market runs second, third, and fourth Saturdays June through October in the paved parking lot behind the Elko Area Chamber of Commerce—easy access with plenty of parking near City Park. Expect locally grown produce, cut flowers, baked goods, eggs, meat, honey, handmade soaps, houseplants, and occasional food and coffee vendors. The market draws a mix of produce-focused farmers and artisan makers, all Nevada-centric. Market manager Dan Lotspeich handles a straightforward application process.
National Basque Festival
FestivalHeld in Elko each July, the 62nd Annual National Basque Festival celebrates Basque tradition with traditional dance performances, rural sports competitions, live music, fireworks, and extensive Basque food — paella, lamb, wine, and more.
