Craft Fairs & Farmers Markets in Cheyenne, Wyoming
Cheyenne Frontier Days fills Frontier Park for ten days in late July, and August follows with the Laramie County Fair, Depot Days at the Cheyenne Depot Museum and the Cheyenne Arts Celebration in Lions Park. That's 7 events, with Fridays on the Plaza downtown in summer and farmers markets on Tuesdays in summer and Saturdays in winter.
Cheyenne Arts Celebration
ArtisanHeld in Cheyenne each August, the Cheyenne Arts Celebration is a free art and music festival featuring handmade visual fine art across painting, photography, mixed media, ceramics, printmaking, sculpture, and fine fiber, plus food trucks and live music. The event runs in a park setting and includes a live artist demonstration area where vendors show their creative process. Back as a single-day event since 2021 after a brief hiatus, it's now the most successful iteration of the original 17th Street Arts Festival launched in 2012.
Cheyenne Depot Days
FestivalHeld each August at the Cheyenne Depot Museum, Depot Days celebrates Cheyenne's deep railroad roots with exclusive access to the UP Steam Shop—home of the legendary Big Boy 4014—along with immersive exhibits and model railroads. The vendor Emporium takes place at the downtown Cheyenne Depot. Retail and food vendors must provide their own insurance; set up and maintain booths with their own equipment and materials (no electricity available); remain for the entire event length or forfeit future consideration; and collect and report their own sales tax to Wyoming.
Cheyenne Frontier Days
FestivalThe 130th Cheyenne Frontier Days runs in July in Cheyenne — a major rodeo festival with an exhibitor and vendor marketplace alongside the rodeo events. Food vendors work through a separate concessionaire; craft and product vendors apply directly. Known as the "Daddy of 'em All," this is a high-traffic, established event drawing serious foot traffic during one of the West's largest rodeos.
Cheyenne Tuesday Farmers Market
FarmersTuesday Farmers Market in Cheyenne is a weekly downtown market requiring vendor approval prior to selling. Vendors must offer local foods and crafts. Contact the market manager at MarketManager@tuesdaymarket.org to apply.
Cheyenne Winter Farmers' Market
FarmersCheyenne Winter Farmers Market requires vendors to sell locally produced foods and crafts and maintain commercial liability insurance. All vendors must be approved before selling. Priority consideration deadline is September 1; applications accepted on a space-available basis after that date.

FestivalLarge free outdoor music series; recruits food vendors/trucks (apply deadline Mar 31, 2026).
Laramie County Fair
FairWyoming's largest county fair, held annually at the Event Center at Archer in Cheyenne. Featuring livestock shows, rodeos, free midway, family entertainment, food vendors, agricultural exhibits, and community contests, the fair attracts thousands of visitors each summer. Product and food vendor applications are NOW OPEN. Food vendors are responsible for all permits and inspections required by the City, County and State of Wyoming, including City Vendor License, Laramie County Health Permit, and Wyoming Sales Tax License.
