About
Canopy Season's mission is simple: accuracy.
The platform is still in its early stages, but throughout the launch year, a significant amount of time will be dedicated to personally verifying every event in the database. The goal is simple: give vendors information they can trust.
What you'll find
Canopy Season is built to help you make better decisions about where to vend. Every listing is reviewed with vendors in mind and includes the information that actually matters when you’re deciding whether an event is worth your time.
You’ll find human-verified event details, application links, important dates, fees when available, vendor reviews, and editorial notes when organizers leave questions unanswered. We don’t pretend every event has perfect information—but we do our best to tell you what we know, what we couldn’t verify, and where to find the rest.
Hi, I’m Paul—the guy behind Canopy Season.
After five years of vending, I realized finding reliable event information was far harder than it should be. Organizer websites are often incomplete, outdated, or difficult to navigate, and the details vendors actually need are scattered across multiple places. Instead of accepting that, I built Canopy Season—the resource I wished I’d had when I started.
I don’t believe vendors should have to become detectives just to find reliable event information. That’s why accuracy is the foundation of Canopy Season. We verify event details whenever possible and are transparent when information can’t be confirmed.
If you spot something we’ve missed, have an event to suggest, or just want to say hello, I’d love to hear from you.
See you out there,
Paul
