Event Review Guidelines
Reviews help fellow vendors decide which markets are worth their time and money. Honest, specific, firsthand reviews make Canopy Season more useful for everyone.
What makes a good review
Write from your own experience as a vendor at the event. Be specific: foot traffic, organizer communication, load-in and setup, booth fees versus sales, and whether you'd return. Specifics help other vendors more than a star rating alone.
Please don't
A bad experience is perfectly okay to share — that's useful information. But never include the name of any individual staff member involved. Refer to the event itself or to the person's role or title instead (for example, "the booth coordinator" or "the front gate staff"). This is a strict rule.
Also avoid: hearsay or secondhand accounts (review only events you attended as a vendor), off-topic complaints unrelated to the event, and promotional content for your own business.
How reviews work
Reviews are a Pro feature. Our team never edits the content of your review — what you write is what appears. We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines, but we won't change your words.
