Alongside the food and entertainment there is a vendor area of crafts, clothing and specialty merchandise. Produced by the Festa Italia Santa Rosalia Foundation, a local non-profit.

Three-day jade festival at Custom House Plaza with 40-plus vendors selling jade carvings, jewelry, sculpture, rough and specimens. Vendors must carry a minimum of 51 percent jade content; there are 49 booth spaces and 2027 is currently full with a waitlist. A booth split with a second vendor carries an added fee, and the City of Monterey requires an annual business license. A project of Jade Events Unlimited.

Established in 1991, Old Monterey Farmers Market comprises 3 ½ city blocks and runs year-round rain or shine on Alvarado Street in downtown Monterey every Tuesday. Find organic produce from across California, international food vendors (Indian, Japanese, Korean, Mexican, Mediterranean, BBQ), and arts & crafts vendors selling treasures from Africa, Colombia, Mexico, Russia, Japan, and China. Winner of Monterey County Weekly's Best Farmers Market 2025. During summer, the market draws over 10,000 locals and tourists. Admittance is based on space availability and product mix; there's a waiting list.
