31st annual Pacific Islander cultural festival presented by the Pacific Islanders' Cultural Association, relocated from the San Francisco Presidio to the San Mateo County Event Center. Held entirely outdoors: arts and crafts vendors and community booths occupy the Central Mall lawn and surrounding area, while food vendor booths are sited in the West Parking Lot. Programming includes hula and Tahitian dance, live music, educational workshops and a children's area.

Outdoor juried marketplace of makers, crafters, artists, designers, vintage merchants and live music. Rosters are juried, curated and produced by HEAD WEST's in-house team. Preference goes to handmade, locally sourced, small-batch and eco-friendly products; mass-manufactured goods and MLM companies are not considered. Applicants need an active social media presence and an e-commerce site. A no-cost Community Booth is offered to BIPOC, AAPI and LGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs. Held on South B Street in Downtown San Mateo.
